All new items purchased from Jewellertools carry a minimum of one year warranty to be free from manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse are not covered under the warranty provided.

 Please use the shopping basket system to construct your order. At the checkout you will have the option to pay either online securely using your credit or debit card, or by sending a check or postal order. Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared Jewellertools use Royal Mail for shipment of goods to our customers. We aim to pack and despatch your order on the same or next working day. All items are sent fully insured. The postage and packing charge will be calculated based on the total weight of your order, this enables us to offer you good value products with fair shipping charges. The maximum charge for normal delivery will be £7.50 (normally 2 to 4 days). If you require *next day special delivery, this will add an additional charge of £4.00 to your shipping costs.
